• Process collected data during the field survey and indicate the ideal radio site locations in terms of radio coverage;
• Collaborate with MW Planning and Site Acquisition & Licensing Offices in order to minimize the overall cost of site identifying the most appropriate alternative;
• Design the radiant system in order to maximize the area served by a certain radio location;
• Monitor the existing radio network indicators in order to propose measures for continuously improvement of its quality;
• Analyze the customers complains and propose corrective actions in order to improve radio systems;
• Perform field surveys according to the monthly schedule;
• Prepare site survey reports and site orders issued to the Network Implementation Department;
• Update all the databases related to the RF parameters;
• University degree in Electronics – Telecommunications;
• Between 1 – 3 years in similar position;
• Knowledge of the radio propagation models used in GSM/UMTS - medium;
• Knowledge of architecture of the cellular telecommunication networks – medium;
• Proficiency in computer usage;
• Very good command of English (spoken and written);
• Driving license B category;
• Analytical thinking;
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines; capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good organizing and planning skills
