RESPONSABILITATI

- Collaborates with other teams or departments in order to keep good processes and projects flow
- Coordinates and monitors the internal departmental projects, as well as the company level projects in which the department is involved
- Keeps track on deadlines in order to minimise the impact of new projects in the Customer Care Support department activities and on the customer satisfaction and experience
- Acts as a single point of contact between the Customer Care Support department and all other company departments in projects regarding new services and products implementation
- Represents the department in the relation with third parties in different projects
- To fill-in periodical and non-periodical reports and statistiques on request from the hierarchical superior


CERINTE

- University Diploma in Management, Social Communication, Sociology or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in working with customers. Previous experience in the telecom field in Customer Care Support would be a plus.
- Solid experience in working in project management and projects coordination
- Very good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge related to the telecom market in Romania
- Excellent communication skills; customer-orientation
- Analytical thinking; ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Initiative
