Our customer is an international, very successful and reputable property investor with current investments of approximately 100 million ¿. Our customer now intends to expand its activity on the Romanian market. To support this objective our customer is currently looking for a qualified person to join its team in the positions of:
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager has to represent the company regarding technical topics in relation with third parties.
Responsibilities:
Representing the co. regarding technical topics in relation with third parties
Construction costs calculation
Investment evaluation, including construction costs
Entrepreneurial contracts and immobile projects administration, including technical support
Calculations regarding physical of constructions
Draw-up concepts regarding constructions static
Techical and legislation support regarding construction and immobile projects in relation with other departments
Continuous control of expenses, terms, quality of immobile projects
Projects evaluation
Organise and supervise technical admin. of the immobile properties of the co., including follow-up the contractual guarantees
Education:
- University degree in an appropriate field (management, engineering, business administration....)
Experience:
- 5 years experience in managing big construction projects
Required skills:
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and civil construction
- Excellent communication skills written and oral in Romanian and English,
- Good knowledge of PC utilization including word processor, spreadsheets and project management software.
- Good knowledge of budgeting methodology
- Excellent planning skills
- Good presentation skills
Required abilities:
- Able to work with little supervision
- Able to have distributive attention in order to supervise more teams and sites on the same time
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Able to assume the entire responsibility for the entire project and its final product
- Able to work under pressure to meet short deadlines
- Able to prospect, check and choose, respecting rigorous eligibility criteria, companies as subcontractors
