- prezentarea unui portofoliu de lucrari sau colaborari pe proiecte de acest tip (obligatoriu, nu aplicati daca nu aveti portofoliu cu minim 2 siteuri realizate de voi )
- cunostinte MySQL
- cunostinte avansate PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Action Script
- limba engleza mediu/avansat

Constituie un avantaj experienta minim un an, experienta in lucrul cu OSCommerce,Adobe Photoshop si prelucrare imagini in limita necesara crearii unei pagini HTML dintr-un layout PSD/JPG
Incepator – sub 2 ani experienta – 400$ net/luna
Mediu – intre 2 si 4 ani experienta – 700$ net/luna
Avansat – peste 5 ani – 1200$ net/luna
Posibilitatea de a lucra o luna pe an in Statele Unite, in sediul firmei mama
La salarizarea de baza se pot adauga bonusirile interne care sunt de pana la 50%/luna pentru anumite obiective prestabilite.
Programul este flexibiil si se bazeaza pe ore lucrate - lunar trebuiesc lucrate un numar de 160-180 ore/om.
Raportarea se face zilnic ON LINE si se comunica permanent cu alti membri ai echipei.
Se lucreaza de acasa, iar proiectele sunt coordonate de catre un Project Manager, online.

Our history is simple and impressive. We developed the outsourcing skills up to the moment when we started to receive buying offers from major on line companies from all over the world. One of them was accepted in 2003 and over 25 people joined Hostway in the local branch Hostway Romania witch was managed by Marius Ion. Since the economical structure changed during the past year many customers started to look again for cheaper and more effective ways of outsourcing part of the work.
