-Coordinates and supervises the activity of the Procurement Specialists from the Office, by providing relevant information related to the correct applicability of the contractual pricing, of the procurement policy, providing guidance in complete the daily tasks, etc
-Issues Purchase Orders for equipment/services assigned for high value materials, complex acquision projects related to the specific of the Office.
-Performs market research for finding the equipment /services requested by the internal departments, if these equipment/services were not purchased so far or are not in the database of the company, following up the procurement procedure;
-Drafting the tender (RFQ, RFP, RFI) documents as assigned;
-Negotiate and participate to negotiations of the offers according to the assignment ;
-Develop and up-date monthly clear reports related to the POs issued by the Office as requested.
-At least 2 years proved experience in procurement, is considered as an advantage a previous experience in telecom field ;
-University degree concluded with diploma, (preferably technical or technical understanding/exposure to technical environment);
-Well organized;
-Analytical thinking and good reporting skills;
-Capacity to work under pressure and to keep commitments;
-Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills;
-Experience in negotiations;
-Good command of English language;
-Good knowledge of MS Office tool (Excel), any ERP system (preferably SAP).
