-To issue the Purchase Orders and tracks the flow until the approval according to the procedures;
-To verify the accuracy of the information (bill of quantities, prices) attached to the incoming orders;
-To receive, verify and send to approval the fiscal invoices;
-To monitor the payments of the fiscal invoices;
-To keep an up to date archive of lease contracts;
-To make reports upon spending versus budget.
-At least 2 years proved experience in purchasing in a technical environment, preferably in telecom area (GSM Networks and/or IT);
-University degree concluded with diploma, in technical or economical science;
-Well organized;
-Analytical thinking and good reporting skills;
-Capacity to work under pressure;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Good command of English language;
-Good knowledge of MS Office tool (Excel) or any ERP system.
