RESPONSABILITATI

-Run analysis and extract reports regarding prepaid customer segments and behavior;
-Identify trends based on data extracted, forecast evolution, propose solutions for best approach/prevention of negative consequences;
-Based on the analysis performed design targeted actions aiming to stimulate recharge and consumption, increase revenues and activity period within prepaid customer base;
-Design and run up selling and cross selling campaigns for prepaid customers;
-Provide research and analysis regarding customers behavior, post-event analysis, impact of external or internal events on customer database evolution;
-Provide timely and compelling presentations to team and management team regarding prepaid customer behavior.


CERINTE

-University degree in Marketing/Sociology/Cybernetics;
-2-3 years experience in CRM, customer research, data mining;
-Very strong analytical skills, statistical analysis is a must - SPSS advanced knowledge is a must;
-Advanced knowledge of databases, extracting data and process information is mandatory;
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, basic web technologies) including but not limited to spreadsheet modeling, spreadsheet management and maintenance, spreadsheet design;
-Very good command of English;
-Interested to work on a temporary basis, the position implies a determined contract period.
