RESPONSABILITATI

RESPONSABILITIES:

Performs desk research on prepaid actions and campaigns developed by the competitors; keeps informed on their actions on prepaid existing base: special offers, recharge promotions, other promotions addressing entire prepaid base;
Proposes loyalty programs, prepaid activity stimulating campaigns or other actions that will improve the prepaid clients experience and active lifetime period;
Implements base management actions being able to act as a project leader in transversal teams;
Constantly analyzes the results of the campaigns implemented and performs gap analysis versus targets while proposing correction actions if necessary;
Constantly communicates with other departments in order to collect input from customers or solve different commercial issues coming from business operations;he/she is able to use customers feedback and propose sound commercial propositions that will improve loyalty and customer experience with Cosmote
Acts as a resource in others projects on his areas of expertise: loyalty, clients migration within the base, customer experience.


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree: economic and technical degrees are preferred.
The person should have at least 2 years experience in marketing, in specialized teams in charge of loyalty & retention (preferably in telecom, in commercial area), with solid knowledge about retention and loyalty programs.
Microsoft Office – very strong skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, basic web technologies) including but not limited to spreadsheet modeling, spreadsheet management & maintenance, spreadsheet design.
Knowledge of databases, extracting data and process information is a plus
Previous interaction with any campaign management system is considered a plus
Very strong analytical skills
Ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions and recommendation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills, good command of English
Excellent numeric, analytical and project management skills
Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
Able to prioritize multiple tasks
