RESPONSABILITATI

1.To perform monthly analysis regarding Prepaid churn, retention and contra revenue spent, efficiency of campaigns;
2.To perform at request reports and analysis regarding Prepaid customer segments and behavior;
3.To run Bulk Prepaid CRM & Loyalty SMS campaigns and evaluate the results;
4.Is responsible for Prepaid customer segmentation in co-operation with Commercial planning team, based on behavioral and social attributes;
5.To identify trends based on data extracted, forecast evolution, propose solutions for best approach/prevention of negative consequences; propose solutions for revenue stimulation and increased customer satisfaction;
6.To meet Company Prepaid Loyalty & CRM target in order to improve customer experience and increase Prepaid loyalty;
7.To provide research and analysis regarding customers behavior, post-event analysis, impact of external or internal events on customer database evolution;
8.To provide timely and compelling presentations to team and management team regarding Prepaid churn, retention and customer behavior;
9.To create and update content for Prepaid Loyalty and Retention intranet site;
10.To execute together with the marketing research department qualitative and quantitative research programs regarding customer experience;
11.To implement the best use of marketing insights in the overall customer experience strategy by focusing on collecting and using customer data.


CERINTE

1.University degree-economic and technical degrees are preferred;
2.The person should have at least 2 years experience in marketing or in specialized teams in charge with loyalty & retention (preferably in telecom), with solid knowledge about retention and loyalty programs;
3.Microsoft Office – very strong skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, basic web technologies) including but not limited to spreadsheet modeling, spreadsheet management & maintenance, spreadsheet design;
4.Advanced knowledge of databases, extracting data and process information - SPSS advanced knowledge is a plus;
5.Good command of English;
6.Ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions and recommendation;
7.Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills;
8.Excellent numeric, analytical and project management skills;
9.Comfortable in evaluating trends and forecasting;
10.Organized, accurate and detail-oriented.
