- Defines and proposes to the hierarchical management, internal and external procedures and operational flows related to the Security of the Access; (e.g.: access level definition, access cards management, security access equipments etc)
- Monitors the daily activity of the Security of The Access
- Operates the specific IT applications dedicated to facilitate and to monitor the Security of the Access
- The Security Officer is responsible to coordinate the internal security investigations in case of security incidents and to co-operate with the Investigation Authorities
- The Security Officer advises other departments regarding the security system that need to be installed in the new/existing premises
- Keeps track ( and documents for the use of the company)of the new evolution in the field of Physical Security
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Physical Security activities
- Very good knowledge of the dedicated legal framework.
- High capability to communicate with the authorized state institutions/structures with atributions in the field of activity ;
- Good command in English, specific to the Physical Security activities.
- Good command in Microsoft Office software package
