RESPONSABILITATI

- Drafts the personnel files, collects and verifies (inclusively, but not only, by comparison with the original) the employment deeds, is responsible for the filling in and for the updating of the personnel files;
- Drafts and proves, in conformity with the legislation in force, the labor contracts, the additional deeds and the decisions concerning the conclusion, the change, the suspension, the cessation of the individual labor contract, draws up the penalty decisions, follows permanently the legal status of those documents;
- Planns the candidates medical examination at employment and during employment and records the individual cards of workplaces’ risks/the individual cards with the results of the medical examination;
- Is in charge with the conclusion of the individual labor agreements and warranty contracts if needed;
- Registers at the Labor Territorial Inspectorate the labor contracts/additional acts/documents related to the labor contract cessation;
- Administrates the labor books for the company; operates within the labor book the elements related to the working relationships of the employee with the employer;
- Perform periodical reports as required by the Statistics Institute or by the direct manager;
- Draws up records on periods of absenteeism (holiday applications, copies on medical certificates forms, unmotivated absences, labor contracts suspension).


CERINTE

- University graduation and approval (certificate) from the Labor Inspection to administrate the Labor Books;
- At least 3 years on HR field of activity;
- Strong knowledge of Labor legislation;
- Previous experience in working with HR procedures and in operating and administering an ERP HR (including payroll activities) is a must;
- Fluent in English;
- Very good knowlegede of MS Office, Internet Explorer.
