RESPONSABILITATI

• Managing the business calendar of the General Manager, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
• Organizing and overseeing all aspects of meeting planning, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials in advance for review;
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare presentation materials or outgoing mail as necessary;
• Carrying out specific projects and research;
• Communicating and handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications;
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc;
• Other tasks as requested.


CERINTE

• Previous experience within a previous administrative role;
• University graduate (Economics profile may be an advantage);
• Very good written and spoken communication skills both in Romanian and English;
• Excellent administrative skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Be able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines;
• Cool under pressure;
• Self-starter, flexible and adaptable approach to work;
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information;
• Very good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

General schedule for the position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
