Responsibilities:
To design, make the draft for order, install program, administrate, optimize the voice equipment (PABX, etc)
To install, program and administrate the equipments and applications connected to the voice network;
To participate to the implementation of the technical solution regarding the PABX and their application;
To develop and test the application for the computer - telephony integration;
To monitor, statistics, initiate corrective and optimization action;
To participate, maintain and update the relevant information from/with vendor representatives;
Requirements:
University degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Automation or related fields;
At least 1 year in a similar position;
Experience in installation, programming and administration of the PABX;
Experience in installation of the structured voice - data network;
Experience in signalling protocols (ISDN, SS7, SIP, etc) is a plus;
Experience with Nortel and Ericsson PABX is a plus;
Good knowledge of: Windows XP/Win7, MS Office, Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux;
English language: advanced level;
Clean driving license (more than 1 year) - B category;
Customer focus;
Very good problem solving skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work in multifunctional teams;
Ability to meet multitask and work individually or in team, with or without supervision;
