RESPONSABILITATI

SCOP: Preia apelurile venite din partea clientilor persoane juridice pentru oferirea informatiilor solicitate de acestia; promoveaza si vinde atat proactiv cat si reactiv serviciile companiei; abordeaza clientii companiei care isi declara intentia de a rezilia contractul de servicii astfel incat sa-i determine sa renunte la aceasta intentie respectand procedurile de lucru existente, contribuind activ la indeplinirea obiectivelor compartimentului, respectand standardele de calitate.

RESPONSABILITĂŢI PRINCIPALE:
Preia apelurile venite din partea clientilor interni si externi, intr-o maniera politicoasa si profesionista;
Promoveaza si vinde atat proactiv cat si reactiv serviciile companiei la fiecare convorbire cu clientul, conform obiectivelor comunicate de sefii ierarhici superiori; urmareste stadiul solicitarilor inregistrate si contacteaza clientii atunci cand este cazul, pentru a le oferi informatiile necesare pentru semnarea contractelor;
Abordeaza clientii care isi declara intentia de a rezilia contractul de servicii incheiat cu compania, astfel incat sa-i determine sa renunte la aceasta intentie, respectand procedurile de lucru in vigoare;
Identifica corect solicitarile clientilor, ofera raspunsuri profesioniste, se implica activ in rezolvarea problemelor semnalate de clienti, pastrand un ton amiabil si profesionist pe toata durata apelului;
Promoveaza produsele si serviciile companiei in toate apelurile eligibile;
Ofera solutii optime pentru companie si clienti, rezolvand in timp util si intr-o maniera profesionista solicitarile clientilor;
Inregistreaza solicitarile si reclamatiile clientilor in aplicatiile specifice si le proceseaza in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru existente


CERINTE

Studii medii (studiile superioare constituie un avantaj).
Experienta in sfera vanzarilor si relatiilor cu clientii este considerata un avantaj.
Orientare catre client;
Bune abilitati de comunicare verbala si scrisa;
Bune abilitati de ascultare;
Bune abilitati de vanzare si negociere;
Abilitatea si disponibilitatea de a lucra in echipa;
Stabilitate emotionala;
Capacitatea de a se adapta cu usurinta la schimbarile metodelor de lucru;
Disponibilitate de invatare continua si intr-un timp scurt;
Capacitatea de a lucra in conditii de stres;
Dedicare pentru rezolvarea problemelor ridicate de clienti;
Bune cunostinte de operare calculator (Microsoft Office);
Bune abilitati de procesare text;
Limba engleza - nivel mediu.
