-To perform network design, development & optimization in accordance with Business Plan requirements, Marketing requirements, forecasts and Quality of service principles;
-To establish network architecture, number, type and configuration of network elements: MSC, BSC, HLR, STP, etc;
-To define and maintain Cosmote’s numbering plan, both for the ranges allocated by ANRC and short codes (in cooperation with Interconnection Engineer);
-To develop and update the signaling plan. Define and maintain the signaling routing for the switching network;
-To dimension the voice and signaling network for internal connections and interconnections capacity;
-To use switching network performance analysis and optimization reports in order to improve the network design.
-University graduate (Electronic & Telecommunications Faculty);
-Experience of at least 1 year in similar activities;
-Good knowledge of using and interpreting of TP reports (as well as other logs and reports provided by other entities (network elements, etc.) in order to maintain and optimize network performance;
-Good knowledge of voice networks, GSM network architecture, main principles and protocols;
-Very good knowledge of English Language;
-Very good communication abilities.
