-To implement the NMS/OSS (Network Management Systems/Operation and Support System) for mobile network elements;
-To define, evaluate and implement new SW releases (Upgrades) and New Features for NMS/OSS network elements;
-To perform site survey, layout plan, establish technical requirements and define acceptance test for NMS/OSS;
-Participates to installation and integration of the management systems in the network, define the acceptance tests for them and finally supervise the Acceptance Tests performing;
-Realizes the interface with NMS vendors;
-Coordinates the projects implementation belong to the NMS operational plan;
-Responsible for optimization of the management systems using maximum existing resources;
-Responsible for keeping of NMS equipments functioning according to KPI level.
-Technical University Degree (Electronics & Telecommunications faculty or Automatics faculty);
-The experience in mobile telephony and in system operating could be an advantage;
-Understanding the base structure of the telecommunications system and advanced knowledge about mobile telecommunications means an advantage;
-Knowledge of the operating systems such as Solaris, HP-UX, Linux or Windows;
-Knowledge about management systems intended data network built with equipments delivered by different vendors (Cisco, Juniper, HP etc);
-Good English language;
-Analytical thinking;
-The ability for efficient working in multifunctional teams;
-Ability to plan and organize the actions pursuant to priorities;
-Ability to work under pressure, according with the deadlines.
