RESPONSABILITATI

To learn about new technologies, and their impact in the network, in order to align the existing technologies;
To coordinate projects, and tasks as parts of projects, in order to deliver the messaging/VAS services;
To come with solutions, design and implement messaging/VAS services;
To develop messaging/VAS applications, in order to provide/improve services in the network;
To integrate, upgrade, and expand messaging/VAS platforms, in order to deliver seamless services to the customers;
To participate in defining and update of Technical Plans (Signaling, Numbering and Routing Plans), in order to optimize the architecture and performance of the network;
To cooperate with other departments for core network dimensioning (voice and signaling, in order to minimize costs while keeping high network performance;
To exploit at maximum platforms configuration and features in order to deliver best performances and wide range of services;
To generate and analyze statistics reports (KPI) and monitor services usage in order to optimize performance and stability of the platforms and services;
To issue work orders and cooperates with O&M department, in order to implement changes in configuration;
To cooperate with platform vendors, in order to implement, upgrade and optimize configuration of platforms;
To collaborate with non-technical departments involved in the product / services development, in order to implement new services.


CERINTE

University degree - Electronic & Telecommunications, Automatics preferable;
4 - 6 years' experience in telecom (experience in a similar position represents an advantage);
At least 5 of the next (advanced level):Unix/Linux, Windows, MS Office databases, SQL (ANSI), programming, scripting, IP networking, Internet services;
General mobile telephony architecture and functionality, communication protocols (medium level);
Fluency in English;
Excellent ommunication skills, presentation and interrelation skills;
Well organized, task oriented;
Adaptability.
