To assure the prompt implementation of company merchandising standards across all channels;
To bring forth proposals, drafts for merchandising guidelines tailored per channels / product;
To assure the optimum distribution, visibility and awareness of company brand;
To manage the assigned accounts by coordinating plans, agreed merchandising strategies and their deployment in the field;
To identify sales channels' needs in respect of merchandising materials;
To take actions for deployment of materials needed;
To identify and evaluate merchandising materials stock necessity for future deployment;
To offer constructive feedback for corrections among sales channels merchandising implementation;
To develop and maintain good business relationship with Prime Sales Channels;

University degree
Previous experience of at least 1 year in merchandising/logistics/trade marketing area or sales represents an asset;
Clean driving license - at least 2 years seniority; Traveling availability up to 25 % of the working time/month
Sound knowledge of sales techniques and trade marketing operational skills;
Powerful knowledge about Romanian telecommunication market;
Excellent computer knowledge: MS Office.
Good command of projects from starting point to implementation;
Team player;
Proven communication and interpersonal skills;
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Ability to work under pressure
