In order to strengthen its position on the Romanian market, our customer is currently looking for a high professional in the position of:
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Purpose:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the development in Romania, in cooperation with company’s headquarters.
Responsibilities:
His/her main responsibilities have to do with developing and managing a sales force and service network for the company's products.
Supervise all aspects of business:
-Sales, ordering, invoicing
-Accountancy, cash and finance
-Legal
-Recruitment and personnel management
- Hands-on Salesman who has proven experience in sales of industrial equipments or plants
- Experience in international company environment
- Familiar with public tender procedures in Romania
- Management abilities, “Team Leader Attitude”
- Good language skills in English
- Technical education
