RESPONSABILITATI

•Work closely with Research Department in order to identity customer’s needs; evaluate the allocated propositions and technology trends;
•Define new services and products: commercial characteristics, price structure, define target;
•Work closely with Technical and Billing and Services departments to define the technical characteristics of the propositions, enhancements, new functionalities; offer the input required by these departments;
•Provide ongoing support for the Marketing Brand Communication and Sales teams in promoting the allocated portfolio, including assistance with marketing collateral, sales tools, tradeshows, and focus groups;
•Product performance monitoring: analyze & process internal and external information about allocated services performance, identify trends and changes in customer’s behavior;
•Design and management of promotional campaigns (drive up adoption, increase usage) using various communication channels;
•Negotiations and agreements with Service Providers regarding business models and contracts for service delivery - responsible for the development of new partnerships.


CERINTE

•University degree - diploma in Marketing, Statistics, Cybernetics, Sociology or related fields is a plus;
•Experience in similar position (marketing/ telecommunications products and services development/data support/business analysis/research) is considered a plus;
•Understanding of specific technologies also preferred (e.g.: content and messaging, etc.);
•Fairly good understanding of content and messaging activities within Telecom environment;
•Familiar with marketing tools and techniques as well as marketing communication channels;
•Business analysis skills – design and analysis of performance reports;
•Microsoft Office suite applications with advanced knowledge of Excel and Project (Planner);
•Good command of English;
•Entry level skills in project management;
•Analytical thinking;
•Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams;
•Verbal and written communications skills;
•Be able to compile, synthesizes and present facts clearly, and write materials that present the facts with clear accompanying analysis;
•Ability to plan and organize activities;
•Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic;
•Creativeness and originality;
•Proactive in problem solving.
