RESPONSABILITATI

University graduated with Specialization in Telecommunications;
Good knowledge of a GSM, 3G, CDMA network structure, knowledge in Radio Propagation Theory;
Good knowledge of data and telecommunications network, network equipments, operation systems and applications: Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc;
Experience in Ericsson BSS, ZTE RAN, Huawei RAN equipments is a plus;
Certification in above areas is a plus;
Good planning and decision making skills, ability to work in multifunctional teams;
Working in stress conditions, meeting dead-lines, to fulfill correctly all tasks;


CERINTE

To administrate, operate and maintain BSC, TRC, TRAU, BTS equipments from Cosmote network.
To analyze and test the changes requested in radio access network through service orders received from departments.
To cooperate with involved departments in solving the problems found in service orders.
To elaborate reports monthly/recurrently/on demand (down time, relocations, capacity extensions, allocated fluxes, available capacity in BSCs, TRCs, or any other BSS equipment).
To analyze and solve problems informed by the NMC Department.
To monitor and secure the equipments and applications.
To elaborate reports and suggestions in order to improve the radio network performances or to prevent any other malfunctioning.
To analyze and solve the reclamations received from Customer Services Department or other departments/offices in connection with equipments or applications managed.
To offer support for configuration of the equipments.
To keep in touch with equipments and applications providers for informing and solving problems appeared on managed equipments and applications, according to support procedures and conditions agreed with the providers, and ensure technical support for their interventions.
To implement software corrections needed for the good functioning of the equipments and ensures technical supports if these activities are performed by third part.
To report the result of periodically tests, according to working procedures and recommendations received from providers for determining eventually appeared problems or which can appear in functionality of the equipments.
To measure the performance the networks indicators (Basic Key Performance Indicator).
To solve, during the nights or week-ends, the emergency situations through interventions.
