-To issue the Purchase Orders for IT and VAS equipment/services according to technical specifications;
-To follow up the process of procurement, from the placement of PO up to the correct delivery of the equipment/services;
-To collaborate and to provide relevant information about the status of the PO to relevant departments - IT, Technical, Financial;
-To negotiate the best prices with the new and existing suppliers;
-To make various reports related to the PO placed vs budget;
-To maintain the archive of the purchasing contracts;
-To perform other office-related tasks, upon request from the hierarchical superior.
-University degree (preferably technical or technical understanding/exposure to technical environment);
-Previous experience in IT is considered an advantage;
-At least 2 years experience in procurement;
-Computer proficiency (Ms Office and any ERP systems preferably SAP);
-Good command of English language;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Experience in negotiations;
-Self organized, capacity to work under stress and to keep commitments.
