RESPONSABILITATI

-Is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of IT Compliance and Risk management processes based on Group defined IT standards and compliance framework;
-To ensure adequate policies, procedures and controls are in place by conducting conformance/audit checks;
-To advise with corrective actions and plan to address gaps between policies and procedures and audit findings;
-To facilitate process improvement workshops and to validate data obtained;
-Is responsible for the control of all purchase orders from creation according to IT policies, to entry into the ERP system and dispatching to purchasing department;
-Is responsible for the monitoring of IT payments and ensure that Payment Authorizations correspond to Request, Received services, Goods, ;
-To monitor and periodically report the IT budget and IT KPI???s;
-To analyze internal customers??? short, medium and long business targets and facilitate in proposals / solutions for their implementation using IT; is responsible for creating and maintaining solid business relationships with internal customers
-Is responsible for the relation with the vendors regarding the overall projects deliverables??? status and for solving current administrative topics (invoices etc.);
-Monitor the vendors??? performance regarding all projects they are involved in, in cooperation with the Project responsible(s).


CERINTE

-University Degree: Economic Studies preferred;
-Minimum 3 years experience in Financial related work, preferably audit for TELCO companies;
-Relevant audit, security or quality assurance certificate is a plus;
-Project management knowledge and skills are a plus;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-Knowledge of IT best practices and standards is a plus;
-Very good command of English;
-Very good interviewing skills, ability to talk with individuals and groups regarding their requirements and ask the right questions to surface essential information;
-Solid documentation, consolidation and preparation skills;
-Good analytical thinking skills.
