-To coordinate and carry out the negotiation of the national/ international interconnection agreements and also for the contracts needed by the IT and technical divisions (transmissions support, data networks, Internet and IP based services, etc)
-To coordinate and administrate the pre-commercial and commercial phases of the Contracts under his/her supervision, including any modification to such;
-To ensure the traffic data exchange with the national and international Interconnection Partners, based on the contractual provisions with each; reconciliation of such;
-To negotiate national and international interconnection tariffs;
-To carry out national/ international traffic, monitor breakdowns; forward the changes in international traffic routing schemes to switching and services division;
-To coordinate invoicing and settlement with the interconnection partners/ service providers/ other partners (including checking, issuing, treatment of discrepancies, commercial solutions for disputes, etc
-To follow up the fulfillment of the contractual obligations stated in all the contracts under his/her administration, reporting to the hierarchically supervisor any infringement and coordinating the resolution of these issues.
-University Degree in Economics or Technical;
-PC Operation – good level (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project);
-Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written); good knowledge of commercial correspondence;
-Ordering/invoicing/settlement/payment basic principles knowledge;
-Basic level of knowledge of mobile networks and operators inter-working principles;
-Commercial/financial database administration experience;
-Basic level of knowledge of Cellular Telephony networks functioning; networking, network infrastructure and interconnection principles basic knowledge;
-Good level of understanding of commercial Agreements principles;
-Basic knowledge of the Romanian and international telecommunications environment, regulations and evolution;
-Basic knowledge of different telecommunication services/systems, apart of GSM (data communications services, voice/data integration, etc);
-Organized person;
-Communication and coordination skills;
-Ability to work under pressure and to respect dead-lines.
