- Participates to the negotiation of the national and international interconnection agreements;
- Coordinates and administrates the pre-commercial and commercial phases of the Contract under its supervision, including any modification to such;
- Receives, checks and archives the invoices issued by the service providers, national and international Operators and by the IW Partners; coordinates reconciliations and payments;
- Defines and maintains the internal database up to date with the orders delivered and the status of their implementation;
- Takes the necessary steps to solve the complaints received from the partners;
- Provides monthly reports of interconnection traffic and cost.
- University degree in Economics or Technical field;
- Minimum one year experience in business development / product management / pricing field within an IT or telecommunications company;
- Good knowledge of the general principles of the IT/ telecommunications networks and operators inter-working;
- Fair knowledge of the Romanian and international telecommunications environment;
- Good level of understanding of commercial Agreements principles;
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, access support, data networks; basic technical and commercial knowledge of the interconnection principles, rules and flows;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizing and planning skills; detail orientation;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access);
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
