As an integrated European oil and natural gas corporation our client, has in the last 10 years become Central Europe's leading oil and natural gas corporation. Our client explores, discovers and extracts oil and natural gas on five continents. They provide energy, warmth and mobility as well as day to day products and services to millions of people.
In order to strengthen its position on the Romanian market, our customer is currently looking for a high professional in the position of HR Country Manager.

Objective: Guaranteeing a modern and proactive personnel activity compliant with the requirements, through the implementation of the human resource strategy and the social policy prepared by the central departments. Operational and strategic support offered to the central department manager, respectively the country/subsidiary manager in all personnel-related matters, as well as the coordination of the contacts with the local authorities in the employment field.

- Personnel recruitment
- Personnel advising
- Personnel administrative activities
- Co-decision
- Social measures
- Job descriptions, job analyses, job assessments
- Personnel – Controlling
- Proposal management in the company
- Labor law, social law and remuneration rights
- Miscellaneous:Management, motivation and development of all the direct subordinates. Conducting the "meeting with the employees", making proposals for salary adjustment and taking professional improvement measures.
Ensuring the efficient development of the activity as part of the competence area and issuing proposals for conducting the activity in the subordinate field. Cooperation in external forums / work groups etc.


CERINTE

- University degree: legal, psychology, economic
- Min 3 years in a multinational company in a similar position
- Very good PC knowledge ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint , Internet , outlook express )
- Very good communication in English
- Very good knowledge of the business processes and HR policies/personal file administration
- Very good knowledge of labor legislation and labor market
