-Configures, tests, installs, supports, maintains and services IT Equipments;
-Installs and troubleshot specific Corporate Applications: MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Citrix client (Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent), Antivirus and local applications;
-Involved in market research activity for procurement of IT equipments or IT solutions required;
-Achieves the inventory activity for specific IT assets and maintains the database.
•At least two years experience in an IT field;
•Good Knowledge of MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003;
•Basic knowledge of: MS Windows 2003 environment, Citrix environment, back-up and storage technologies, antivirus solutions;
•Basic knowledge of Fax/Scan/Copy/Printer equipments;
-Basic knowledge of hardware structure of IT Systems;
-Good command of English;
-Customer focused;
-Team player;
-Ability to work under deadlines.
