- Configures, tests, installs, supports, maintains and services IT Equipments;
- Installs and troubleshot specific Corporate Applications: MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Citrix client (Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent), Antivirus and local applications;
- Involved in market research activity for procurement of IT equipments or IT solutions required;
- Achieves the inventory activity for specific IT assets and maintains the database.
- At least tow years experience in an IT field;
- Good Knowledge of MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003;
- Basic knowledge of: MS Windows 2003 environment, Citrix environment, back-up and storage technologies, antivirus solutions;
- Basic knowledge of Fax/Scan/Copy/Printer equipments;
- Basic knowledge of hardware structure of IT Systems;
- Good command of English;
- Customer focused;
- Team player;
- Ability to work under deadlines.
