RESPONSABILITATI

1. Configure, test, install, support and maintain IT Equipment used by Company’s employees: PCs, POSs, Thin Clients, Laptops, Fax/Scan/Copy/Print equipment, in order to provide high quality IT services to Company users;

2. Receive, identify, analyze and solve IT related issues from Company users in order to meet the agreed SLAs;

3. Install and troubleshoot specific Corporate Applications: MS Windows, MS Office, Citrix client (Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent), Antivirus and local applications specific to Company users in order to be compliant with Company’s IT strategy;

4. Test and configure new IT equipment proposed by IT Management for Company’s future development in order to provide high quality IT services to Company users;

5. Perform the inventory activity for specific IT assets in order to maintain the IT asset database and the safety stock level;

6. Collaborate with suppliers in order to assure a proper maintenance and the repair of the defective IT equipment.

8. Replace the obsolete IT equipment according to IT Management decision in order to provide high quality IT services to Company users;


CERINTE

High School degree (technical profile is a plus);
1-2 years of work experience in IT field;
Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office – advanced troubleshooting and technical support;
Knowledge of Information technologies (MS Windows environment, Citrix environment, back-up and storage technologies, antivirus solutions – basic);
Knowledge of Fax/Scan/Copy/Printer equipment – basic;
Knowledge of Hardware structure of IT Systems - medium;
English language - medium level.
Positive attitude, learning abilities, prioritizing abilities.
