First level IT support on computing systems related problems and PCs installation

1st level support on the phone
2nd level support on basic technical activities through remote control
Manage hardware and software installation/configuration in accordance with corporate policies

School Background - Working seniority
University degree
Previous experience on Call Center works or Helpdesk
Basic skills
Fluent English languages
Technical / Functional skills
Operating system and Office automation software knowledge;
LAN and WAN connectivity protocols basic knowledge;
Assembly and maintenance skill on hardware components;
Attitudes
Problem solving and Customer care attitude. Empowerment on his job and team work attitude
