RESPONSABILITATI

•Ensures the compliance of all IT systems and applications to the Company security policies and processes as they have been approved by the Processes Department;
•Monitors all IT purchases/purchase requests from creation according to IT policies;
•Monitors and reports IT expenditure in relation to IS OPEX and CAPEX;
•Facilitates on IT budget planning and reviewing;
•Acts as contact point with Procurement & Logistics Division regarding purchases and purchasing related documents, such as contracts, offers, etc;
•Develops, monitors and updates project status reports, in cooperation with the Project Office and the other IT Departments;
•Monitors and reports to IT Director projects statuses of all IT interdepartmental projects (internal to IT Division) and all company wide projects that require IT involvement);
•Monitors project activities related to budget, purchasing, contract, legal issues in cooperation with the relevant departments of the company;
•Monitors outsourcing contracts, deliverables from suppliers, facilitating in IT with business alignment;
•Monitors and reports IT KPIs to IT Director and to IT International, as defined and requested;
•Collaborates to other Divisions in order to create, maintain and update service level agreements and KPIs related with SLAs;
•Manages, coaches, supervises and apprises the employees of the department.


CERINTE

•University Degree preferably in Computer Science and/or Informatics;
•3 years experience in IT with responsibilities involving IT and business domain knowledge and people management;
•Experience in IT processes and auditing;
•Experience in Projects and KPIs monitoring;
•Extensive knowledge of the business processes of a mobile operator;
•Basic Finance for non financial people;
•Good people management skills;
•Strong coaching skills;
•Very strong project management knowledge and skills;
•Very good command of English;
•Analytical thinking;
•Proactive, creative and resourceful;
•Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
•Customer focus;
•Team player.
