- To provide technical support to Sales Teams;
- To understand and translate customer needs into a solution framework ensuring delivery of innovative and relevant solutions to customers;
- To provision timely and comprehensive proposals against RFP/RFQs, ensuring optimal business solution for the customer;
- To maintain and update the knowledge base within the solution design group;
- To continuously update own knowledge with respect to processes and technologies for the segment assigned;
- To present technical and commercial solutions to customers;
- Higher Education Degree in Telecomms, Information Technology, Electronics.
- 3+ years experience in Presales
- Experience in the sales environment, through similar role with Telecom Companies, Service Providers or Systems Integrator.
- Solid track record in PreSales for a major Telecoms Carrier or Systems Integrator
- Strong experience leading or managing a team .
- Good technical background in technologies such as SDH/DWDM, Ethernet, MPLS, IP-VPN, ATM, VoIP, CISCO Routers.
- Experienced providing support on multi technology sales solutions into large international corporate customers, carriers and ISPs.
