RESPONSABILITATI

1. To elaborate, monitor and periodically review the personnel administration and labor relation procedures;
2. To produce the necessary tools for implementation of human resources policies and strategies, such as organizational tree, internal regulation, collective labor contract etc.;
3. To monitor the personnel adiministration applications use and to collaborate with all the involved departments;
4. To manage and monitor the following flows:
a. Hiring: completion and official registration of the labor contracts and the legally requested documents for personnel files;
b. Employment: completion of addendum for the labor contracts in case of contractual changes, labor books and personnel files update, services for employees (salary certificates or other documents from the personal files);
c. Collaboration ended – complete the documentation in accordance with the law;
5. To manage the relationship with the medical services and life insurance suppliers, in accordance with agreed contract terms;
6. To monitor the completion of the file for maternity protection at the work place, in accordance with the legal provisions;
7. To register and solve employees’ complaints;;
8. To periodically evaluate the direct reports activity based upon the agreed performance indicators;
9. To propose actions for activity improvement and optimization;


CERINTE

1. University graduate (ASE, Law, Polytechnics)
2. At least 3 years in human resources administration and minimum 2 years as people manager
3. Experience and knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration techniques and methodologies, payroll;
4. Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
5. Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
6. Excellent people management skills (direct subordinates motivation, evaluation etc.);
7. Very good analytical skills, work planning and organizing skills; crisis management skills;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills;
