- Tracks and monitors the entire ordering flow regarding the Civil Works and Network Maintenance services according to the Company policy;
- Coordinates the Civil Works Section overall activity - resources management, time management, team management
- Advises the Procurement & Logistics Director regarding prices, contracts terms, payment terms of all Civil Works and Network Maintenance services;
- Negotiates the prices with the contractors whenever needed, according to the Company policy;
- Participates and assists other departments in the budget and business plans preparation;
- Tracks and monitors the Civil Works and Network Maintenance services spending vs. budget;
- Ensures the fulfillment of projects objectives and indicators from the Procurement & Logistics point of view;
- Acts as liaison with the Finance Department, Technical Department and contractors;
- Supervises and monitors all the Civil Works and Network Maintenance related contracts with external vendors and suppliers;
- University degree (technical field/constructions)
- Minimum 3 years experience in telecommunication in the civil construction works area
- Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures; proven project management experience
- Very good presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office), previous experience of working with an ERP
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in managing people
