RESPONSABILITATI

Ensures support for Collection & Accounts Receivable Department Manager in order to implement strategies and tactics for achieving the departments’ objective.
Establishes the performance objectives for the members of the Accounts Receivable team.
Ensures that all the members of the Accounts Receivable team adhere to the performance management program of the company and act in order to meet the objectives of the company and their individual objectives.
Monitors on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis the performance of the Accounts Receivable Office, assuring that all direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform as expected.
Evaluates and reports monthly and on request to the superior the results of the Accounts Receivable Office.
Monitors and achieves the key performance indicators at Group level.
Initiates and negotiates contracts with new cash collection partners, under close supervision of the direct manager.
Ensures that all member of the Accounts Receivable Office are very well trained, motivated, with specific accounts receivable knowledge;
Ensures that all customers (internal and external) receive a high level of professional services, offering support to subordinates and resolving all escalated issues.
Ensures that all debts of company’s Business and Roaming Partners are closely monitored and recovered on time.
Monitors and propose half-yearly and annually performance ratings for direct subordinates, approve performance ratings of the subordinates.
Takes time to coach, develop and train direct reports in order to improve their performance.
Participates in recruiting, selection and work orientation of the new employee.
Monitors the performances of the systems and reports to IT Department and direct manager the identified issues which may affect the activity of the department.
He/She is actively involved in external or internal audits regarding areas in subordination. Escalates any issues regarding audit and implement the findings of an action plan from audit report.
Acts as second escalation level and resolves as quickly as possible any problem arrived from the first escalation level.


CERINTE

University degree
Minimum 2 years experience in people/team coordination
Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable area
Excellent knowledge of business and business processes and accounts receivable procedures
Computer skills ( Office, Internet) – advanced level
Advanced level of English
