- You will be responsible for translating into insights and actionable business recommendation any market information, identifying new ideas and opportunities for the company
- You will support the monitoring and analysis of market research such as Customer Satisfaction, Mystery Shopper, competitive analysis to formulate recommendations for sales driving plans, campaigns and/or promotions targeted for a specific segment and/or channel.
- You will provide input for market trends, competitive offers, Customers profile and shopping behaviour
- You will be responsible for the identification, the development of events, to ensure that the Company’s brands identity standards are met
- You will provide input into sales opportunities and action to capitalize them
- You support implementation of special campaigns per sales channels and evaluate the market impact along with predefined objectives
- You will assist to the development of channel communication campaigns (increase Cosmote shops/ dealers shops awareness, induce traffic);
- You will asses and assure the consistency of brand values through all channel touch points
- You will identify and develop sales collateral materials in line with the Company’s brand identity standards. Input for Developing and producing sales promotional materials
- You will perform field visits to evaluate and come with recommendation for improving customer experience
- At least 1 to 3 years progressive experience in similar positions or in direct sales in FMCG and Telecom field ( would be an advantage) including people management experience
- Proven experience in geomarketing
- Good knowledge about Romanian telecom market with focus on products and services area including market trends, customer requirements, technologies, competitive position
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic
- Fluent in English
