Record the suppliers’ invoices including utilities, marketing, training, transportation, protocol, insurance,
Book the suppliers’ invoices representing financial and operational lease,
Supervise and close the monthly advance payments with the final invoices,
Supervise the prepaid expenses and their reconciliation;
Record the accruals for the unreceived invoices;
Realize the suppliers balance reconciliation according with the suppliers statement of account;
Economics Degree , preferably Accounting
Minimum one year in the financial accounting area
Strong accounting knowledge;
Knowledge of relevant legislation and Fiscal Code;
English Language – intermediate level;
Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Word, Excel).
