- Prevent fraud cases through implementation of necessary checks and alarms.
- Detection, investigation and solving fraud cases, accomplishing different tasks in order to reduce financial losses; investigation of roaming fraud cases, dealer fraud cases and any other fraud attempts.
- Responsible for risk assessment of the new products or new activations.
¿Investigate denial responsibility claims.
- University degree.
- Previous experience in fraud area for at least 1 year (expertise in GSM fraud will be a plus).
- Previous experience in telecommunication field for at least 1 year.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to details, results ¿oriented and problem solving attitude;
- High energy, positive attitude, stress tolerance.
- Customer oriented, ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational situations.
- Fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
