- To gather information over the main regulatory changes in European and Romanian regulatory framework in what concerns EMF and to inform the other divisions accordingly;
- To elaborate the responses to the local and central authorities requests concerning EMF, based on the information provided by responsible divisions;
- To elaborate requests of information/official positions of the authorities in what concerns EMF;
- To participate in the meetings, conferences and seminars organized by national/international authorities/organization with attributions in evaluating EMF aspects
- To participate in the meetings and/or conferences organized by European Organizations of which the company is a member (Global System for Mobile Association; European Telecommunications Standardization Institute etc) for issues related to EMF
- To elaborate the notifications for microwave links based on Radio and Transmission Systems Department request, in accordance with the legislation into force;
- To grant support information to the authorities and organizations that are providing the correct information to the public;
- To elaborate the self regulation in the EMF field, in co-operation with the other market players;
- At least 2 years experience in the field of regulatory activity in IT&C is mandatory;
- PC Operation – good level (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project);
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written); good knowledge of official correspondence;
- Good level of understanding of regulatory principles and procedures, good knowledge of Commercial Law, Contentious and Administrative Law;
- Good knowledge of mobile market and basic knowledge of telephony market in generally;
- At least basic technical knowledge;
- Legal background
- Basic level of knowledge of Cellular Telephony networks functioning;
- Strong knowledge of the Romanian and international telecommunications environment, regulations and evolution
- Advanced level in English
