Our client is a big DIY products supplier for DIY retail chains (modern trade) as well as for DIY wholesalers (traditional trade). They have their own brands and they also distribute renowned international brands. They are successfully selling their products in Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania.
In order to strengthen its position on the Romanian market, our customer is currently looking for professionals in the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST, based in Bucharest.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- primary accountancy : order collection and systemization, order to HQ, invoice to customer and related activities: settlements, differences, bad deliveries, bad items, missing items ,additional items.
- daily correspondence maintenance with outsourced services provider by : phones, emails, fax
- daily correspondence with Sales Representatives: report collection, memo, info, notes
- daily correspondence with HQ Customer Support Export-Service: reports, info , notes
- daily correspondence liaison operator with customer in terms of order processing status, deliveries
- office administration task: monthly services payments control and record, maintenance,
- bank related activities under mandate from Office Head.
- regular reports to Office coordinator and to HQ
- specific reports regarding office activity and results.
- Education: university, economic background, .
- Work experience for minimum 3 years within related field: office clerk, primary accountancy,
- Interpersonal skills: open & equilibrate character with customer support problem solving attitude and skilled in presentation and human relations.
- Capable to handle task under pressure in terms of reports and PR
- Computer proficiency: ms office package-email, internet
- Foreign languages: English, Polish will be a plus.
- Primary accountancy : accountancy software knowledge, invoicing,
- Car driver license, type B, for more than 3 years with clean record - will be a plus
