-To handle the SMS communication (automatic & manual) towards the customer in order to ensure that all customer communications contain clear, consistent messages
-To execute together with the marketing research department qualitative and quantitative research programs regarding customer experience;
-To provide specific advice and assistance to the management group to deliver improved Customer experience enhancement;
-To translate Customer Experience Enhancement strategy into effective actions/action plans;
-To provide guidance and assistance with process review and redesign activities to support the delivery of improved Customer Service;
-To create an integrated system of reports, and analysis together with marketing and CRM.
-University graduate (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing);
-Minimum 3 years experience in working with customers;
-Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers;
-Presentation and negotiation skills;
-Attention to details, results–oriented and problem solving attitude;
-Initiative;
-Capacity to coordinate people and activates;
-High energy, positive attitude, stress tolerance;
-Good command of English;
-Good knowledge of MS Office;
-Good knowledge of the mobile telecommunications market.
