- Provides application technical support.
- Contributes to the development, installation, maintenance and change of the applications in the area of expertise
- Analyzes the business requirements specification in order to find out proper solution for implementation / customization / upgrade / integration in the designated systems;
- Acts as consultant in development of the company business processes in regards to the involvement of the designated systems;
- Finds, documents and follows up the security issues or potential revenue leakages
- Assesses requirements and evaluates vendor’s proposal in case of a bid from support and application perspective.
- Analyzes and develops business requests in the area of expertise (reports, scripts, reconciliations, etc)
- Provides support and guidance to programmers by sharing knowledge about specific system in order to provide an appropriate integration solution
- Technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 2 to 4 years related experience
- Preferable knowledge of GSM technology and services.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
- Oracle knowledge – queries & procedures.
- Other: Windows, Word processing, Spreadsheet,
Programming;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
