RESPONSABILITATI

- Creates, develops and executes CRM Campaigns for prepaid customers taking into consideration company’s objectives and market evolution;
- Manages periodical analysis reports regarding behavior of the prepaid company’s clients, together with marketing, commercial planning and financial departments;
- Elaborates prediction studies regarding behavior of the prepaid company’s clients taking into consideration the market evolution;
- Monitors and reports success of the programs at customer segment and campaign level;
- Refines prepaid customer segments, offers, reactive and proactive up-sell, cross-sell and loyalty campaigns based on post-event evaluation of the campaigns;
- Develops reporting and metrics to understand overall customer loyalty/repeat behavior across key segments;
- Develops and participates in developing of processes and procedures for the good functioning of the Retention and Loyalty Department;
- Is in permanent contact with Customer Care Department, developing both way communications in order to build additional knowledge about customers to better address business needs;
- Will be responsible for understanding all aspects of the prepaid strategy and will be the primary source of information for all questions regarding the campaigns;
- Seeks to understand emerging trends, opportunities and threats in the market;
- Monitors the activity of Cosmote competitors.


CERINTE

- University degree-economic and technical degrees are preferred.
- The person should have at least 2 years experience in marketing or in specialized teams in charge with loyalty&retention (preferably in telecom), with solid knowledge about retention and loyalty programs.
- Capability to contribute in business requirement analysis; Strong analytical and technical skills and the proven ability to creatively solve complex problems; Open to work also on the data analysis
- Good overall business understanding;
- Good project management skills, background, experience;
- Proficient communication skills;
- Proficient reporting and presentation skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- English proficiency; MS Office tools proficiency;
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining tools, data analysis is an important differentiator.
- Must have core competencies: action oriented, creativity, innovation, customer focus, problem solving, time management skills.
