- To daily monitor the accounts he/she is responsible for; to analyze the history and activity of each client in the network, from the perspective of all data available in the system;
- Inbound and outbound phone calls, inquiring about traffic monitoring;
- To receive and analyze the clients¿ comments;
- To inform the clients about the value, content, overdue date and available payment methods for the issued invoices and to negotiate the payment terms and conditions.
- High school diploma (University would be a plus);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to details, results¿oriented and problem solving attitude;
- High energy, positive attitude, stress tolerance;
- Customer oriented, ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational situations;
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience in a similar position would be plus.
