-To daily monitor the accounts he/she is responsible for; to analyze the history and activity of each client in the network, from the perspective of all data available in the system;
-Inbound and outbound phone calls, inquiring about traffic monitoring;
-To receive and analyze the clients’ comments;
-To inform the clients about the value, content, overdue date and available payment methods for the issued invoices and to negotiate the payment terms and conditions.
-High school diploma (University would be a plus);
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-Attention to details, results–oriented and problem solving attitude;
-High energy, positive attitude, stress tolerance;
-Customer oriented, ability to maintain professionalism in confrontational situations;
-Fluency in English;
-Good knowledge of MS Office;
-Experience in a similar position would be plus.
