RESPONSABILITATI

Our client, a petrochemical company manages the production and marketing of a wide portfolio of petrochemical products, having the possibility to use a range of proprietary technologies and state-of-the-art production systems, a wide-reaching and efficient distribution network.

To strengthen and support its objective of developing the Romanian market, our client is currently looking for qualified persons to join its team in the position of Country Sales Representative


Main tasks and responsibilities:

- sales co-ordination, sales control, and direct sales of the company products in Romania and Contracting Thirds Companies products in Romania

- co-ordination role regarding business activities of the company in the territory of Romania in order to achieve both strategic-management objectives and the requested results of the Company by creating margins

- Romanian chemicals market analysis, evaluation of local business trends, forecasting of sales figures per product, division, thirds companies, annual sales budget + evaluation of profitability of the company’s sales in Romania

- Researching new customers in order to find new sales opportunities

- implementation of sales policies and incentives for the Bucharest branch office sales team, evaluation of employee contribution based on defined sales/reporting objectives

- Preparing long and short term sales plans according to the guidelines of the headquarter

- Introduction of new products into the market

- Keeping regular contacts with the customers, collecting price trends. Settling price agreements with the customers and settling sales contracts in line with the pricing policy of the company.

- Collecting information about partners, about competitors and about the evolution of the market in order to choose the best strategy in cooperation with the superiors.

- Collecting claims and complaints and achieving, once the claims are settled, the customers’ satisfaction


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Technical college/university degree
- Min. 3-4 years of professional experience as a sales representative, preferably on the field of manufacturing/industry/chemical industry
- Advanced level of English language
- Mothertongue of Romanian language
- Advantage: Italian and/or Hungarian languages
- driving licence B
