-Administrates, operates and maintains NSS equipments within Cosmote Network (MSC/VLR, MSS, MGW, STP,HLR, AUC, etc);
-Analyses and tests the changes required through work orders received from the involved departments;
-Implements work orders which proved to be correct after analyzing and testing;
-Achieves monthly/periodically/on demand reports (newly introduced routes in traffic, interconnections with new operators, the situation of the transmission’s resources, time of out of service state of the nodes, blocked routes, signaling links, etc);
-Monitors and secures the access at the managed equipments and applications;
-Participates actively at the test and acceptance procedures of the newly implemented equipments, but also at the hardware and software upgrades of the already implemented equipments;
-Implements software corrections needed for the good functioning of the equipments and ensures technical supports if these activities are performed by third part.
-University degree in electronics, telecommunication or related fields;
-Experience in mobile telecommunications, in switching systems and in transmissions domain;
-Good knowledge of operating systems and the following applications: SUN Solaris, Unix, Windows etc;
-Knowledge of switching systems;
-Knowledge of transmission systems;
-Knowledge of computer network and data transmissions;
-Good knowledge of English;
-Analytical thinking;
-Detail orientation, meeting dead-lines, solving multiple tasks.
