•To establish network architecture, High Level Design, Low Level Design and implement ATM/FR and IP data networks;
•Participates at integration and testing of the IP Core Data Network elements and performing the Acceptances with the vendors;
•To perform the VPN connections between Cosmote and other companies pursuant to Services department demands;
•Participates to the data network by maximum using of existing resources;
•Follows performing of operational plan according to his activity;
•Participates at projects from operational plan belong to Data Network;
•Assures support to operation according to procedures;
•Cooperates with the other departments from division for the projects implementing with implications into Data Network;
•Responsible about connection with engineering and implementation of network elements.
•University graduate (Electronic & Telecommunications faculty or Automatics faculty);
•2 – 4 years experience in a similar position. The experience in mobile telephony could be an advantage;
•Very good knowledge of communications protocols (ATM, TCP/IP, FR, X25, MPLS) and working knowledge of data networks;
•Routing protocols (IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS);
•IP Virtual Private Networks (IPSEC VPNs, MPLS-VPNs and other types of VPN’s);
•IP Management (Cisco Works, HP Open View, MRTG, PRTG, and SNMP or similar);
•Knowledge about GPRS technology;
•Good command of English;
•Analytical thinking;
•Attribute for verbal and written communication;
•Ability for planning and organizing the actions pursuant to priorities.
