•Building up/ developing new contracts for the technical & commercial acquisitions;
•Participation in the contract negotiation together with the responsible person from the Procurement Division;
•Responsible for the entire flow of the contract conclusion, from initiation until final signatures;
•Following up the terms and the conditions of the existent contracts in order to renew or renegotiate them;
•Maintaining the data base and archive of the purchasing contracts;
•To perform other Office related tasks, upon request from the hierarchical superior.
•University degree (economic and technical degrees are preferred)
•At least 1 years experience in drafting and negotiating purchasing contracts (previous experience in specific area of telecom is considered as an advantage)
•Legal knowledge is considered an advantage
•Computer proficiency (MS Office and any ERP system, preferably SAP)
•Good command of English.
•Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
•Planning, organizing and setting priorities skills;
•Self organized, capacity to work under pressure, to respect dead-lines
