-Drafting contracts for all the procurement acquisitions (technical and commercial) according to the internal procurement policies;
-To be in direct contact with legal department and the internal beneficiary department in order to negotiate the contract with the suppliers;
-To follow up the contracts and inform the relevant beneficiary of the main terms of the contract (i.e. termination dates, warranty conditions etc);
-To prepare various reports related to the procurements contracts.
-At least 3 years experience in drafting and negotiating purchasing contracts;
-Experience in specific area of telecom contracts is considered as an advantage;
-Legal knowledge is considered as an advantage;
-University degree (technical or economical);
-Good communication skills, able to communicate to multiple levels in the organization;
-Good negotiation skills;
-Good command of English language.
